Everything you might want to know before you reach out. Still curious about something? A consultation is the best place to ask.

A birth doula provides continuous physical, emotional, and informational support before, during, and after labor. Jenn helps you build a birth plan, teaches comfort and positioning techniques, offers steady counter pressure and reassurance through labor, and stays with you until you and your baby are settled. She does not perform any medical tasks; she complements your medical team.
Most families connect with Jenn in their second or early third trimester, which leaves time for prenatal visits and building a birth plan together. That said, Jenn has stepped in much later, and even close to a due date. If you are pregnant and want support, it is worth reaching out.
